Project Description: The Landing, a leading-edge medical research campus with over 500,000 square feet of labs and offices, sits at the edge of San Francisco Bay. Multiple enclosures of removable flood barriers protect critical infrastructure and egress points. The barriers feature an innovative compressible connection system to seal each closure against non-structural architectural cladding.
